She and her husband Bob both graduated from Glen Ridge High School. Her husband, Bob, also a licensed realtor, offers great assistance to Karen with his extensive knowledge of homes and construction. They have owned and operated Sachs Construction Corp., a general contracting business, specializing in residential renovation for the past 20 years. Karen and Bob have renovated and successfully marketed ten of their own homes.
